At Systech Group, we provide IT training, certification coaching, internship support, and professional learning solutions. Since our training includes live classes, practical lab access, trainer guidance, and learning materials, this Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms related to course cancellations, fee refunds, and payment adjustments.

This policy applies to all classroom training, online training, fast-track batches, workshops, internships, and related training offered through Systech Group.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to Systech Group.
  • Service refers to all training courses, certifications, workshops, internships, online classes, classroom sessions, lab access, study materials, and related services provided by Systech Group.
  • Website refers to Systech Group, accessible from https://systechgroup.in
  • Student or You refers to any individual enrolled in any course, training batch, internship, workshop, or service provided by Systech Group.
  • Course Fee refers to the amount paid for enrollment into any training or educational service.
  • GST refers to applicable government taxes charged during payment.

Cancellation Policy

Students who wish to discontinue or cancel a course must inform Systech Group through an official written request via email.

Verbal communication or unofficial messages may not be considered as a valid cancellation request.

Refund Policy

Systech Group is a service-based training institute and not a product-selling platform. Refunds are therefore calculated based on the training services already utilised by the student.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The student has officially submitted a cancellation request.
  • The refund request is made during the active course period.
  • The student has not completed the full course.
  • The student has cleared any pending dues.

Refund Calculation

Refunds are calculated based on the number of classes attended and the course resources already utilised.

The following will be deducted before processing any refund:

  • Fees applicable for classes already attended
  • Lab usage charges
  • Course materials or digital resources already provided
  • Administrative and registration charges (if applicable)
  • Applicable GST amount

 

GST charges are non-refundable once the invoice has been generated and payment has been processed. The remaining balance amount, if applicable, will be refunded to the student.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following situations:

  • After completion of the course
  • If the student has attended a major portion of the training
  • If course access, recordings, study materials, or digital resources have been fully provided
  • For discounted, promotional, combo, or special-offer courses
  • If the student is removed due to misconduct, violation of institute rules, or disciplinary reasons
  • Failure to attend classes after enrollment
  • Change of personal schedule, job timings, relocation, or lack of interest after joining

Batch Transfer and Course Continuation

Instead of cancellation, students may request:

  • Batch rescheduling.
  • Transfer to another batch.
  • Temporary pause based on valid reasons.
  • Continuation in future batches (subject to management approval).

Systech Group will try to support students wherever possible based on batch availability.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed based on the refund timeline communicated by the Systech Group administration team. Refunds will be initiated through the original payment method wherever possible.
